Eight Horizon League teams will get their league slate underway on Thursday evening including the Milwaukee women's basketball team hosting the Green Bay Phoenix at the Klotsche Center for the first of 20 Horizon League contests this season. The game will begin at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening will also feature a teddy bear toss at halftime, benefiting Kids Matter, Inc. based in Milwaukee. Teddy bears will be available for purchase at the marketing table upon entrance to the Klotsche Center, while fans are also encouraged to bring their new or gently used teddy bears to toss onto the court at the intermission. The game will be available on the both ESPN+ and Black & Gold Network, as Matt Menzl returns for his eighth season with the program, live stats will also be available at the links on MKEPanthers.com.
